About the Event
In Studio - Drop In Class:
Alignment-based, guided instruction, includes discussion and practice of yoga. Instruction & Practice on select yoga pose. Ask Questions & Sign up for a Monthly Series.
Essentially U Series Includes: 8 Yoga Instruction Classes and all regular scheduled Gentle Flow yoga classes during month of series.
Room temperature. Wear layers of clothing to adjust to preferred comfort. Bring own water bottle & yoga mat. Water cooler available for refills. Blocks & straps provided for use during class. Yoga mat may be purchased on your own or from the studio. Para Rubber, Eco Friendly, Non-Latex based mats only, to avoid markings on yoga room floor.
