Alignment-based, guided instruction, includes questions & discussion along with practice of select yoga poses.
No prior yoga experience required. ALL WELCOME!!

Room temperature. Wear layers of clothing to adjust to preferred comfort. Bring own water bottle & yoga mat. Blocks & straps may be provided for use during class. Yoga mat may be purchased on your own or from the studio. Para Rubber, Eco Friendly, Non-Latex based mats only, to avoid markings on yoga room floor.
