Full Beaver Moon Restorative Sound Bath

Relax in a Restorative Yoga Meditation & Soothing Sound Bath to heal your body.  Allow the November 'Beaver Moon' to help raise self-awareness through vibrational healing & restorative yoga..... bringing your body to a perfect meditative state in this practice.  Focus & Restore your body through the winter months, providing you with warmth, shelter & protection.  Sending out Love to those in need near and far.

Bring someone you know, a close family member, a friend, or a friend of a friend, who is in need of Healing.  Someone who may not have had the beautiful experience of sound healing therapy before.  Introduce them to something Special!

6-6:30pm Arrive, Grab a cup of Tea & Settle into your space

7pm Moonology Tarot Cards & Full Moon Blessing

7:15-8:45pm Meditation & Sound Healing Session

Bring with you:  crystals, essential oils, blankets, a pillow, eye covering, yoga mat, water bottle (fill at yoga studio).  Some blankets & bolsters are available for use; Some Essential Oils provided. 

Location may be at Kamalika-K yoga studio or at Garden Barn next door. Email notification sent the day before the event to those registered .
