About the Event
Come, lie down, relax, and let stress and tension melt away. The sounds bring us easily into a deeply meditative state where our busy minds settle and our bodies can heal.
If you like, singing bowls may be placed on your body which works to further relax muscles, release cellular toxins, clear the meridians and energy fields, and activates your self-healing mechanisms.
Blissful Session Fee: $30
Check In at Kamalika-K Yoga Studio, then walk a few short steps to the Garden Barn next door where we will have the Sound Bath in the Loft upstairs (14 steps).
Bring your yoga mat, blankets, a pillow & water bottle. Fill your water bottle, and some blankets & bolsters available at yoga studio.

6:00-6:30 Arrive, Register, Settle into your Space
6:30-8:00pm Sound Bath
8:00-9:00pm Conclusion, Hang out and have a cup of Tea!
