My Invitation to YOU for a Full Moon Sound Bath Experience!  

August is the Sturgeon Moon!  Native tribes believed that sturgeon were most abundant and ready to be caught during this time in the Great Lakes and Lake Champlain.  

Moonology Oracle Cards full moon ritual.  We take the opportunity to charge, cleanse & heal at the monthly full moon. Embody your forgiveness in recognition of past transgressions. 

Melt into vibrational sounds of singing bowls & healing tools, bringing you easily into a deeply meditative state where busy minds settle and your body can heal.

Singing bowls may be placed on your body which works to further relax muscles, release cellular toxins, clear the meridians and energy fields, and activates your self-healing mechanisms.

Moon Energy Exchange $30

Bring your yoga mat, blankets, crystals, essential oils, a pillow, eye pillow/covering & water bottle. Some blankets & bolsters are available for use at the studio.
