About the Event
Gentle Flow Yoga - BTWC
Moderately paced flow with gentle stretching and strengthening movements through sequenced practice. Calming the mind with breath awareness and attention to deeper stretches. Guided with intention setting, mindfulness & focus.
Bring own yoga mat & water bottle - water cooler available for a refill.
Optional: eye covering & small throw blanket or covering during savasana.
Blocks, straps, extra mats and small pads for knees are available for use during class.
Yoga mat may be purchased on your own or from Kamalika-K. Eco Friendly, Non-Latex based mats, are best to avoid markings on yoga room floor & avoid sensitivity/allergies.
Class Fee: $18 (Cash, Venmo) $19 (Credit Card)

Location: Barnet Tradepost Wellness Center - Annex Barn, Upstairs. Park in Ledges Parking area.
