We move fluidly through asana (poses) with awareness of breath and movement together. Guided with intention setting, mindfulness & focus. Gentle asana or Yoga dance may also be part of the class. Bring own yoga mat or rug. Yoga mats & rugs are available for purchase with me if you need one. Must bring a full water bottle so you stay hydrated! A (wet) yoga towel or hand towel. Some Blocks & straps are available for use. Wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement throughout class.
