About the Event
Yoga for kids of All Ages: 5-15 minute introduction. Drop-In, with parent/adult.
Join in to participate in the ongoing yoga sessions made just for Little Yogis & Yoginis, Karma Kidz & Tweenz! We listen to & sing children's yoga songs, experience the breathing ball, take a crawl through the tunnel & play a yoga game: Animal Sun Salutations, Mr Cricket Hop Freeze Pose, Hunuman's Warriors & more!! Tweenz check out the studio, practice poses.
