About the Event
Children ages 1-4 yrs old & their parent, grandparent, guardian, or authorized adult join yoga class together. Kids class for ‘Littles’ to learn how to participate in a yoga class. Parents, etc. guide & supervise their child’s yoga movements with instruction and support from the yoga instructor. Creative movement integrated with yoga for a Fun & Joyous yoga practice.
Bring own yoga mat & water bottle. Water cooler available for refills. Para Rubber, Eco Friendly, Non-Latex based mats only when inside on the Namaste floor, to avoid markings potentially made by rubber mats. Hugger Mugger Yoga Travel mat can be purchased from studio.
