Metal & Crystal singing bowls played during a guided meditation. Experience complete body relaxation with sound healing therapy. You'll not want to leave once you melt into the warm Namaste floor. Tuning forks, crystal bowls, metal Indian singing bowls, tingsha or other sound healing instruments may be used during the session.

Room temperature. Wear layers of clothing. Bring your own yoga mat, cozy blanket, socks or maybe a scarf for extra warmth. Be sure to freshly wash anything you bring into the studio.
Bring a water bottle. Yoga mat may be purchased on your own or from the studio. Para Rubber, Eco Friendly, Non-Latex based mats only, to avoid markings on yoga room floor.
