About the Event
Relaxation & meditation with tibetan metal singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes. Follow Karen on this beautiful Spring Equinox in meditation to honor the seasonal change giving us equal daylight and night. Our days are extended now into the Summer months, bringing us sun & warmth, allowing us to embrace new life in the environment around us.
Tea available after the Event. Water cooler available for your water bottle fill up.
Bring own yoga mat, blanket & pillow, please be sure all are freshly washed. 1 blanket & 1 bolster per person, available at studio, Yoga mats are not.
By Donation. Suggested $15-$40pp.
