Room temperature. Wear layers of clothing. Bring your own yoga mat, cozy blanket, eye covering, socks or maybe a scarf for extra warmth. Be sure to freshly wash props that you bring into the studio.
Bring a water bottle for free refills at the water cooler. Yoga mat may be purchased on your own or from the studio. Para Rubber, Eco Friendly, Non-Latex based mats only, to avoid markings on yoga room floor.
