Understanding how your body moves during yoga practice. Learn safe, effective ways to prepare your body to move, sit still & breathe. Asana practice with variations to include essential oils & introduction to different types of yoga. Barefoot during practice, bring socks or slippers for warmth during savasana. No sneakers or outdoor footwear. Bring own food & drink for lunch, water bottle & yoga mat. Water cooler available for refills. Yoga mat may be purchased on your own or from the studio. Para Rubber, Eco Friendly, Non-Latex based mats only, to avoid markings on yoga room floor.
Classes & Programs can be booked up to 90 days in advance. Class cancellations can be completed up to 15 mins prior to class start time. If you do not cancel a class within this timeframe, then you will be charged for that class. If you have unforeseen circumstances that prevents you from cancelling your class, credit for the class will be at the discretion of the Owner
