LIVESTREAM via ZOOM from Home or If you are Travelling. Seated Yoga practice using a straight chair or your wheelchair. Awareness of the breath with movement, increasing mobility in upper & lower body, muscle toning & improvement with strength. Ease anxieties with Relaxation, Mindfulness & Gratitude. Recommendations for In Home Practice: 1. Room heat approx 70 -72 degrees, or as you are slightly cool. Will feel warmth during the class as you move your body. Wear an extra layer of clothing that can be easily removed or put on, as preferred. 2. Have a full water bottle or covered cup of water available, about 8 oz. minimum. 3. Use a Yoga mat or rubber-backed rug under your chair if you are on a smoothe floor so your chair and feet won't slip. Wheelchair, leave brake on during practice, unless otherwise instructed.
Classes & Programs can be booked up to 90 days in advance. Class cancellations can be completed up to 30 mins prior to class start time. If you do not cancel a class within this timeframe, then you will be charged for that class. If you have unforeseen circumstances that prevents you from cancelling your class, credit for the class will be at the discretion of the Owner of Kamalika-K.
