Service Description

Yin yoga practice - Yin poses held for 5-7 minutes each, sound therapy, meditative savasana. Go a Little, Go More, Go a Lot. Practice is for you, so no ultimate or end goal except for where you want to take your body in Yin form. Floor work and a few moments of standing activity. Sound Healing integrated throughout practice & during Savasana. Class my be In Studio or Online. Room temperature. Wear layers of clothing. Bring your own yoga mat. Typically, no props used. Though if you feel that you need support in a particular pose, a block or meditation pillow could be used; to allow for full release and your comfort level. Bring own yoga mat & water bottle. Water cooler available for refills inside the studio. Para Rubber, Eco Friendly, Non-Latex based mats only when inside on the Namaste floor, to avoid markings potentially made by rubber mats.
